This is our plan for the 2014 - 15 Rebel Competition Season! We are super pumped about the competitions we will be attending this season! Notice the 'tentative' in the title. Sometimes unexpecteds can change our schedule but we try to stick with these dates if at all possible. Rebel parents, PLEASE put these dates on your calendar and print & post this form somewhere as a reminder.
This form is requireded in our office to withdraw and/or stop payment on a tumbling class. The form is to be faxed, emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or dropped by our office no later than the 20th day of the month prior to cancellation to allow LCN a chance to fill the spot before the next month. Any withdrawals received after the 20th day of the month will be charged for the next month tuition as stated in the Tumbling Class Registration Packet. Please call our office for any further questions.
Required for all non-members who are attending a Flip Flop Friday, Cheer Camp, Cheer Clinic, or Open Gym/Skill Reinforcement event.
