This packet must be completed and returned to the office along with any fees due for your child to be eligable to participate in a tumbling class.

 Information about the 2014-15 Rebel Team Placements and Team Program!  We hope you'll be a part of this exciting and fun sport of All-star Cheerleading! We've developed this packet of information over the last 13 seasons to answer questions, better protect the investment of our many team members and to help us all give our best! 

iconSummer Day Camp Registration Packet

This packet must be completed and returned to LCN for your child to be eligable to attend Summer Day Camps.

iconBirthday Party Registration Form

This form must be completed and turned in to the office along with a $75.00 non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit for your booking to be complete.

iconParent Permission / Minor Liability Release

Required for all non-members who are attending a Flip Flop Friday, Cheer Camp, Cheer Clinic, or Open Gym/Skill Reinforcement event.

iconTumble Class Withdrawal Form

This form is requireded in our office to withdraw and/or stop payment on a tumbling class.  The form is to be faxed, emailed to jason@lcncheer.com or dropped by our office no later than the 20th day of the month prior to cancellation to allow LCN a chance to fill the spot before the next month.  Any withdrawals received after the 20th day of the month will be charged for the next month tuition as stated in the Tumbling Class Registration Packet.  Please call our office for any further questions.
